Takeaway: You never know who is watching and talking smack on the owner’s ugly art shouldn’t be the reason you lose a house.

No Dumb Questions

Takeaway: Your agent should be your advocate and a teacher. If there is anything you are not understanding, don’t be afraid to speak up and ask - that’s why I am here.

Same Price Forever?!

Takeaway: I like to look at a mortgage as a forced savings account. Each month, you are paying money you will get back (hopefully plus much more) when you sell. Plus - your costs are fixed for the duration of your mortgage!

Not Everyone Likes Ceramics

Takeaway: When it’s time to sell your home, you need someone who can walk through and tell you what you need to do to get top dollar. Whether that be removing personal items or putting a little money into the house - it’s little things that can give you big returns.

Budget Before Buying

Takeaway: The most important first step is to talk with a lender to see what amount you are pre-approved for in your home purchase. From there, check what that translates to for your monthly mortgage payment to confirm that it’s within your budget - nobody wants to be house poor.

Gifting Galore
