At Wardman Residential, our name pays homage to one of Washington DC's most influential builders, Harry Wardman. Known for constructing the iconic Wardman row houses in the early 1900s, his work housed over 10% of the city’s residents during his time. Inspired by his legacy, we've chosen a name that reflects a commitment to quality and community, rather than focusing on individual figureheads.
